End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User") and Backtestr ("Software Provider") regarding the use of the Backtestr software ("Software"). By installing, copying, or using the Software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

1. License Grant

The Software Provider grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the Software for personal or commercial use, subject to compliance with this Agreement.

2. Restrictions

• You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software.
• You may not rent, lease, or sublicense the Software to third parties.
• You may not modify or create derivative works of the Software.

3. Ownership

The Software is licensed, not sold. All rights, title, and interest in and to the Software remain with the Software Provider.

4. No Warranty

The Software is provided "as is" without any warranty of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall the Software Provider be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the Software, including but not limited to data loss, business interruption, or financial loss.

6. Termination

This Agreement is effective until terminated. The Software Provider may terminate it at any time if you fail to comply with its terms. Upon termination, you must stop using the Software and destroy all copies.

7. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of your jurisdiction, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
