Why am i getting a smart screen error?

This application is currently not digitally signed. Because of this, Windows SmartScreen may show a warning when you first open it. This does not mean it will harm your computer in any way. You can safely continue by selecting More Info → Run Anyway.

    Upon successful payment, you will receive a unique license via email. This key grants you full access to the features of the Backtestr's application.

    Do you offer refunds?

    All sales are final and non-refundable. We encourage you to review our documentation and tutorials prior to purchase. Technical support is available if you encounter any issues.

    What payment methods are accepted?

    What if I lose my license key?

    Please store your license key safely, as we do not retain your personal email information. Lost licenses cannot be recovered without proof of purchase.

    Is my data secure and private?

    Yes. Backtestr does not collect or transmit your backtest data/strategy/algorithms. However; as you do not need to trust, simply backtest without internet connection.

    Is an internet connection required?

    An internet connection is required only during data installation. After, the software can be used offline. Periodic license checks may occur automatically in the background.
