The Software remains the intellectual property of its developers.

3.1 User-Generated Content

You retain full ownership of any strategies, data, or profits created using Backtestr. You are free to use, sell, or distribute your outputs as you see fit. We do not claim any rights over your creations.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Software is provided "as is". We do not guarantee accuracy or reliability of results. Backtestr is not financial advice.

5. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for damages, including loss of data, profits, or trading outcomes.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to revoke access if you violate these terms.

7. Modifications

We may update these terms. Continued use implies acceptance of the latest version.
